The book assumes no previous knowledge.  It is for the absolute beginner.   I learned electronics the hard way.  I am generally self taught.  I have experienced many of the common beginners’ errors, and will save you quantities of time as I guide you along a firm trail learning beginning electronics.  I approach this very technical subject from a teacher's perspective, not the technical point of view.
