There is a bit of a mess on page 154. This ERROR covers 2 pages and
2 graphics.

DO NOT WIRE IT TO MATCH FIGURE L41-4.

Starting at page 153, the reference to Figure L41-3 is valid.
On page 154, Column 1, the last sentence should read
-
"Use the partial schematic shown in Figure
L41-3 to include the 4516 IC into your system diagram."
There are two consecutive references to Figure L41-3.

Comment at the beginning of the 2'nd column pg 154 should refer to Figure
L41-4 cautioning that this wiring is
a common error and should be AVOIDED!

Fig L41-4 is an example of "how not to wire"
