Lesson 14
Animated Version of Figure L14-01
Animated Analog Input Controlling Digital Switch
This animation shows how an analog input  produces a digital output.
Animated Version of Figure L14-2
Animated NOT Gate
The NOT Gate:
The output is NOT the imput
Animated Version of Figure L14-3
Push Buttons Representing Digital Input
For prototyping purposes only, the action of the finger represents a digital Hi or Lo.
Animated Version of Figure L14- 4
Build this Circuit - Animated NOT Gate with simulated Analog Input
This circuit is a working model of the NOT Gate
 Animated Version of Figure L14 - 5
AND Gate with 2 Analog Inputs, controlling Digital Switching
The input action is similar to the PB N.O.
Animated Version of Figure L14-7
OR Gate with Analog Inputs Controlling Digital Outputs
This is the OR Gate. The PB N.O.  action
imitates the action of the NPN transistors.
Animated Version of Figure L14 - 9
NAND Gates: Analog Inputs Controls Digital Output
By replacing the PB N.O. with PB N.C.s, the entire logic table changes, producing the NAND Gate. Note that the output is completely reversed from the AND Gate.
